WIYN One Degree Imager |
We are providing wafer probing, backside processing, and packaging of CCDs
for the WIYN One Degree Imager (ODI) project.
This includes orthogonal transfer array imagers as well as conventional 2.6kx4k
CCDs, both produced in a foundry run with Semiconductor Technology Associates,
Inc.
